We import and manufacture most of our jewelry, and transfer the savings to you. We import jewelry from Italy, Israel, Turkey and Mexico. We are in contact every day with top jewelry manufacturers overseas.

Our goal at Hago Jewelers Inc. is simple. For over 20 years, we have been working under one promise, best summarized by our mission statement above. We have been creating and supplying fine jewelry products for retailers, wholesalers and jewelry distributors around the world.

Location
Our factories and workshops are located both domestically located in the US & Overseas. Our US factory is located in the heart of the Los Angeles jewelry district along with our corporate headquarters.

Do we ship overseas? 
Yes. Our facilitates are capable of expediting packages to individuals anywhere in the world. We use UPS, and FedEx, as our day carriers as methods of delivery. We currently offer fulfillment for online retailers, and expedite their orders in batch process, on a daily basis. We can help your company's growing needs, whether you are a small mail-order operation, or a full-fledged internet merchandiser. Assuming requested items are available in our stock for immediate expediting.

What type of diamond grades do we use?
We source our diamonds from some of the top leading diamond distributors in the world. We use commercial grade G to H color diamonds. SI-1 or "Eye Clean", commercial grade, clarity and quality. These types of diamonds are typically chosen for the products we produce. However, we are not restricted to these grades. What about the color stones we use?
Likewise, our Semi-precious and Precious stones are from reliable distributors, and derive their product directly from the mines of various countries. On many occasions our own buyers scout the world looking for the best deals from the mines themselves. By purchasing directly from the source, we eliminate "the middleman", thus yielding the lowest possible costs, so that we may pass these exceptional values on to you, ensuring that you are getting the finest available product.

Hagoj.com is committed to please every customer. And we are not happy until you are satisfied. Our products are of the highest quality, and we are confident that upon receipt of your merchandise you will find that it matches your order exactly. However, if for any reason you decide not to keep your merchandise, you can return it to us within thirty (30...max) days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping, insurance and handling charges are not refundable.)

So that we can process your request as quickly as possible, we require that you fill out a Return Form telling us why you are returning an item. In addition, you must contact Hago Jewelers via email, Tel at (213) 683-0485, or by fax (213) 683- 0486, to receive a confirmation code from one of our customer service representatives prior to shipping any merchandise back to us. Please print the code on the outside of the return package. Returned items without a confirmation code will not be processed.

Send the package by registered mail. Insure the item for the full amount of the invoice, including shipping. This is the safest way to ship high value items. Do not ship by FedEx or UPS.

Please retain your portion of the receipt and enclose the return portion with your item. In addition, please make sure that the return address is the only address showing on your package.

Please do not write Hagoj.com, jewelry, diamonds, or any other identifiable luxury item word in order to protect the package against possible theft during transportation. Hago Jewelers cannot be responsible for return shipping losses.

Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent. Damaged goods due to client negligence will not be accepted. Any returned item must be undamaged and unused. For jewelry purchases, the original tag must still be on the item for a refund to be processed. We will refund you the full cost of the item excluding the shipping, handling and insurance charges. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

With watches in particular, any wear is likely to result in minute damage that precludes us from being able to sell the watch again. For this reason, we cannot accept any watch that has been resized, scratched, worn.

We strongly recommend that you do not wear your watch if you think there is any possibility that you may want to return it. All returned watches must be in the original box, with all original packing materials, manuals, warranty cards (blank) and instruction booklets intact. Any additional items that may have been included with the watch as a special deal must also be returned intact, or be subtracted from the amount of the refund.

Please send the items with the enclosed materials you received with your order. We ship all of our diamonds with independent, internationally recognized, gemological laboratory certificates. The accompanying laboratory certificate must be included in the return package.

Generally, returns take about a week to process once we have the item back in our possession. We will notify you by email of your refund once we have received and processed the item. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original purchase.
